We ask for a small donation at the door. --------------------------------- EARTH, FIRE, AND BRUSH ~ SUMMER DELIGHTS Aug 1 - 31, 2010 Sooke Harbour House Art Gallery August show features 2 of our members: Sandra Fowler, Leed AP, works with Photovoltaic glass panels and solar energy, and Dawn Joy Ritchie works in acrylic on canvas, board, and digital in a colourful expressionistic style. --------------------------------- SKETCHING AT THE GALLERY Join members of the Island Illustrators Society on the Second Saturday of each month from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM (or longer). Members will be offering demonstrations using the gallery collection or surroundings as inspiration. The Gallery will provide folding chairs and drawing boards for public participation, so come join us! Please bring your own paper, pencils, conté or felt tipped pens (pastels, wax crayons, charcoal and fountain pens are not permitted in the Gallery).
